MOACON 2026 – The Magnificent provides a great opportunity to show case the scientific work done by the members of the Maharashtra Orthopaedic society. The scientific work will be accepted by MOACON scientific committee under the following categories.

Note: Abstract can be evaluated without initial conference registration. but once abstract is approved, conference registration will be mandatory for presentation.

Scientific Presentation Guidelines

Best Paper Presentation (Award)

• Conference registration is mandatory for abstract presenters.
• Presentation must be prepared in PowerPoint format (PPT / PPTX).
• Slide aspect ratio: 16:9.
• Use clear fonts (Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman) with minimum font size of 24 pt.
• Avoid excessive text, focus on figures, tables, and key points.
• Presentation time: 8 minutes + 2 minutes Q&A.
• The presentation should be under the following headings:
  • Title of Paper
  • Introduction
  • Aim / Background
  • Methodology & Material
  • Result
  • Conclusion

E-Poster

• Conference registration is mandatory for abstract presenters.
• Poster must be prepared in PowerPoint format (PPT / PPTX).
• Maximum slide limit: 3 – 7 slides.
• Slide aspect ratio: 16:9.
• Use clear fonts with minimum font size of 24 pt.
• Avoid excessive text, focus on figures, tables, and key points.
• The E-poster should be under the following headings:
  • Title
  • Background
  • Methods / Case Report
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion

Free Paper – Podium Presentation

• Conference registration is mandatory for abstract presenters.
• Presentation must be prepared in PowerPoint format (PPT / PPTX).

• Avoid excessive text, focus on figures, tables, and key points.
• Presentation time: 5 minutes + 1 minute Q&A.

Veteran Surgeon’s Forum

• Conference registration is mandatory for abstract presenters.
• Presentation must be prepared in PowerPoint format (PPT / PPTX).
• Slide aspect ratio: 16:9.
• Use clear fonts with minimum font size of 24 pt.
• Avoid excessive text, focus on figures, tables, and key points.
